and maybe give your users more freedom over their profile. Lower your rates and fees, make them more visible. This will attract more users. 

Also get a handle on all the bots and scammers you've got. Fiverr and UpWork are so far, much better websites in terms of all that i've mentioned. you have very little going for you at this point.
