PPH Account Permanently Deactivated

Hello

 

My name is saikat das and my profile is not approved as 2 jobs need to be done under 3 months my first job completed after the allowed time period and as i just withdraw my money to payoneer i get a email saying my account permanently deactivated as money does not show on my payoneer account 

 

My question is will my money go to the payoneer account. I am very worried please reply asap. I need to know the status.
