hi good morning, i have a cofussion because yesterday i try to withdraw the money that i have available in my account and ask me for some documents to the verification this is the firts time that happened to me. Im sending again the information and documents. Im from Venezuela and right now we have a really bad economic situation thats why i really need to be able of withdraw my money.

  I agree, this is ridiculous. 7 days turn around or PAY to get it done in 24 hours.

  Having the same issue here. I sent the documents last year and now I'm being asked to send again only there is no window for me to upload so I can't even send anything. Frustrating!
