Why are you asking for my documents AGAIN

When I signed up, I already provided proof of identity.. why are you now asking for this again out of the blue, and with a 7-day turn around time OR a ridiculous £10 fee. I'm trying to withdraw and need my money today, not next week. If I wanted a wait for my money, I would go on Upwork.

  Upwork is a piece of crap. There customer support don't like freelancers from UK and always rude to them. They only backup the guys from USA.
  On the other hand, PPH supports everyone equally.
