Can anyone explain the cert ratings?

 

I notice despite increased profile views, increased sales (top 50) and 100% feedback my cert ranking keeps falling. I also note when looking at some top certs they haven't had orders or feedback for months?

  I think people are slowly moving away from PPH it seems very quiet lately.
