Shocked with fees

Its a first time I use this platform as a buyer (even though read bad reviews on fb among freelancers), but decided to give a try. Never again. I think it will be wise to gather some evidences from other buyers and do a group claim about unfair charges. When you write "buyers do not pay no fees" as you do it on your webpage: https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/articles/205217197-PPH-Fees?mobile_site=true , it supposed to be no fees . And when you mention paying "transaction fees" without a real number is actually illegal, you know, by contract law people have to know what terms and conditions they agree to. Really, are doing transaction by sending a real human being from my house to your company to bring you money? Bcz otherwise the rate is not justified. Honestly, I'm not going to use this platform anymore and promise to "recommend" it to others.
