Invoice does not match amount paid by credit card

We paid 132.60 GBP by credit card on 29.01.19.  We received invoice 2280007-1 dated 01.02.19 for 120.00 GBP.

We need another invoice for for remaining £12.60.

Please advise as soon as possible.
