Can I use the money in my seller account to pay for a job as a buyer?

Hello, 

I'm a freelancer in PPH and has some money in my seller account, can I use this money to pay other freelancer for a job as a buyer?

  For anyone finds this topic from search, here what the PPH support told me: 
  Yes, if you wish to hire a Freelancer then when accepting his/her Proposal or purchase his/her Offer you can select to use the funds from your PPH User account.
