Withdrawing a project

Due to external issues I need to withdraw a project - due to no fault of the freelancer and have the money held recredited.  Please advise how to action.  I want to ensure the freelancer's score is not damaged by this.

  I have the same issue please and I need to withdraw a project and have the money held credited back to me. How can I do that please.
