Payment withdrawal not processed
I requested a withdrawal to my bank account on Friday 1st. Understandably, this wasn't processed over the weekend, but it is now after the 12pm cut-off for withdrawals being processed on weekdays, and I still have yet to receive any confirmation that it has been approved and nothing has been paid into my bank account. Obviously, with requesting this before the weekend, I assumed that it would be one of the first to be processed on Monday morning, but it seems to have been forgotten about.
I've scoured the internet to try and find a direct email address or contact number for PPH, but this is the best I can find! I really do need this money.
Please can someone advise on the progress of this as I expected to have received my funds by now. It's come off the back of the buyer taking days to check the work and pay the invoice too, so it's a massive inconvenience at the moment.
