Identification
You have asked me to send you identification documents.
I have used a surname in my account on PPH which includes my married name (so 'family surname-husband's surname')
But my ID shows my first and family surname only. And so does the utility bill. Will this be ok?
I had originally sent you a copy of my bank account statement which is in my name only and that was accepted by yourselves.
Also, I don't understand why you have not messaged me to say that these documents are required so that I can sort them out and you are only asking now that I have earned some funds and would like to transfer them out?
