Can I transfer a refund from my PPH user account to my bank card?

Hi there,

I am new to this website and I have a question regarding a refund.
I received a refund from a freelancer into my PPH user account. My question is: Is there any chance if I transfer this amount from my PPH account to my bank card? If not, can I use this amount to pay to another freelancer?
