I have issue with withdrawal. Also, how does Peopleperhour transfer to Nigerian bank works?

As you can see from the title, I have two requests.

1. I tried to withdraw my funds to my Payoneer but I got an error that I have to verify my account. However, I have verified the account by submitting the two documents requested from me. When I got to the verification page again, I saw the notification that my account has already been verified but the problem persists. I don't know why this error is occurring. Please, help check my account.

 

2. I'm currently considering withdrawing directly to my Nigerian bank. What I saw is that I will be charged £19.9 for the withdrawal. Though that is quite too much, I want to know what the exchange rate is like. What is the Pounds Sterling to Naira exchange for peopleperhour? Who will handle the exchange, my bank or peopleperhour?
