Client saw all of my message but not responding.

Hello!
Client contact me and give me 50$ which is now in my escrow account and i gave him logo but he is not replying to my message
but seen every single one of them.
What should i do?

  We have now left a message under the Workstream in order for your Buyer to reply. If your client hasn't replied within 48 hours please let us know in order for us to take action.

  This is my first job
  I think this is some kind of scam
  I did all of the things he asked me for

  I even changes like a thousand of time you can check the history.
  but in the end he didn't reply me for 5 to 7 days then i post this problem here.
  And you give me reply now i got a message in my inbox that
  
  "This message concerns the Buyer.
  We kindly ask you to proceed and reply to your Freelancer under the workstream in order for the job to be completed and the payment to be processed. 
  Thank you."
  
  What is this? 
  can you please help me?
