Hello.
You should proceed and cancel the proposal, and then raise a new one.
Thank you

Good afternoon Natalie,
According to the PPH regulations is that upon canceling the proposal for re editing and sending again, it shouldn't take away from your proposal credit as it is being sent to the same client. I just lost 2 proposal credit upon editing two offers. Could you please look into this. All your help is greatly appreciated!

Dear Natalie,
I have a very similar situation here. In one of my proposals the attachment seemed not to get through. As I want the Buyer to see my sample work in order to increase my chances of getting the assignment I had to cancel and send a new proposal to that same client on the same assignment. Can I also get my proposal credit back?
And for the future could you look into changing this, so we can make adjustments to the proposals without having to cancel it altogether? Small errors or technical problems may occur very often and quickly. If we had the possibility to change proposals easily, we'd be spared a lot of hassle.
Thank you very much for your help with this.
