Why there is difference in "price" on homepage and after clicking start "selling again" ?

please check the screenshots above. there is difference in price on "homepage" and "the cart"

  Hello, 

  The difference is because on the first page you simply purchase your application, though on the other one you purchase a 'package' providing you with extra benefits such as as free proposals credits and 4 features offers.

  By purchasing the simple member application for 13.95/month you won't be getting those benefits.
