BEWARE CRIMINAL SCAMMERS ON PPH - APPROVED TO SET UP ON PPH TO STEAL FROM FREELANCERS
CompletedAttn: PPH Freelancer Support (assuming one exists)
I have been reporting my recent experience of a scammer on PPH to the PPH HR Team member Peter C. that originated and forwarded the project to me. So far no-one at PPH has responded to my concerns. This is the email I sent to Peter C. today/moments ago:
25th July 2019 - Tuesday
Attention Peter C, PPH Work Recruiter -
Since this project originated from you and you have not responded to my URGENT CONCERNS that there is an IMPOSTER ON PPH WEBSITE PREYING ON PPH FREELANCERS WHO HAS SCAMMED ME OUT OF £100, it makes me wonder if it is because PPH is a PAID AND THEREFORE WILLING PARTNER IN THE CRIMES THAT THE SCAMMERS COMMIT ON PPH'S WEBSITE. The criminal imposter calling him/herself Karol Norman HR Director at Parallon, with the additional crime of MISREPRESENTING A LEGITIMATE USA COMPANY'S GOOD NAME as part of his/her crime, who has set up shop on PPH's website TO STEAL FROM VULNERABLE FREELANCERS LIKE MYSELF, will be reported to my local UK police here. Further action will be taken beyond merely reporting this crime.

Hi Rita,
I am having a similar experience with one of my Buyers. It looks like they never had any intention of paying me and are making up all sorts of nonsense as to why they shouldn't, even though I have delivered the work. PPH seem completely incapable of doing anything about it, seem to make money from every twist and turn anyway, and the Buyer is still posting new jobs on PPH.
I hope you get your issue resolved!

I have been using PPH for over 4 years now and have worked with 250+ clients on the platform. However, for the past 6 months-1 year I am seeing a lot of fake profiles and projects being posted on the site. Resulting in waste to time as well as proposal credits. What is more shocking is that people will replicate other person's profile in order to come across as knowledgeable in that field. The locations are also fake.Could you pls tell me that aren't you aware of this problem and what sort of safety screening mechanisms (although doesn't seem you guys have any) you have in place?

PPH don’t have respect for freelancers, I keep getting messages to send them proposals, cost a lot of time. In the end they all ask me to pay $250 for G1 Time tracker and $200 for equipment and promised to reimburse on the first pay check.
You guys shouldn’t be conducting this site when you cant give assurance to both buyers and freelancers.
