I don't know what else to do...have submitted 4 attempts at what I understand to be an "acceptable offer"....

cna someone please explain what is wrong or how it needs to change - have read the 'advice' and 'best offers' numerous times and can't see where mine is different....

Please help or is this just a scam?

  Natalie - I HAVE reviewed your guidelines numerous times as I stated before.... Please indicate what the problem is.... I actually went as far as virtually copying an existing "example" offer....?
