Hi,

I want to change my first and last name because of payment issue. Please   let me know how to do this.

  Hello.

  In order to change your name, you will have to proceed and provide us with proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer support team in order for them to resolve the case for you. :) 

  They shall reply to you within 24hrs.
