application rejected

I am trying to set up new sellers account and inspite of providing the details there was some error in the about you section regarding the recommended image to be uploaded. even when providing all my relevant details I am unable to understand the reason of rejection.

please can you provide me with reason and solution to clear the application process and help me to get started in providing the selling service.

    Hello, 

    In order for your application to be approved you need to write a description on what are your services. One line descriptions will be rejected. Also, all of our users need to upload a proof of their work (portfolio); if no portfolio is uploaded then again the application will be rejected.

    I am a new freelancer and the work i did offline, i dont have proof of it. so what can i do?

    this is the message which is visible when i login

    "Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour."

    from where can i do necessary changes?

    Your application has been rejected far  a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on peoplePerHour.

    so, where shoud make the necessary changes?????

    I got this mail from PeoplePerHour, but it still says "You can't send a proposal since your Freelancer Application is not approved".
