Utility BIlls or Bank Statement

Hi,

Hope you are well! My sign-up process has been moving smoothly so far, however, I've just come across the documents tab under "Payments".

My Payoneer account has already been added, but none of the Utilities in the house I live in are in my name. The house was bought around the time I was born, and is in father's name and so are the utilities. Therefore, all bills would have his name on it.

As for the bank statement, the bank account I use was created for salary transfer and therefore has the organization's address on it. I could initiate the process to change the address in my bank records but that will take a month, at least. Perhaps more than a month, since initially a month to have it changed in the bank records and then another to wait for a paper copy of the bank statement with the new address.

They are yet to change my phone number - there's a reason Pakistan falls in the Slow-Processing Countries, after all.

Kindly, write back if there's an alternative. Would it be possible for me to start work and get paid via Payoneer without the utility bill or statement option?

  hey Natalie please help i dont have a utility bill coz i live with my parent and so just i started freelancing and got my first proposal and already worked on it but can't receive my payment ..i do have a  national ID and a working paypal account please help
