My working profile got deactivated after 2 months why?

My profile got a verfification email after 2 months of successfully using it.
I don't understand why and then I got an email your profile got rejected the third time, so can not accept it.

I am afraid I have active followups on my profile and my profile got deactivated.
Can anyone help, please!
