Withdraw Issues

I am trying to withdraw money to my approved bank account, when I get the following error:

To help us verify your identity and ensure complete security of your information we need you to send some identification documents. here

When I click on the link, it takes me to the payments section of my account, where it shows that my identification documents have been approved and nothing is outstanding. 

Please can anyone advise urgently, as I cannot access my money!
