The location change is impossible

Hello.

I've received a letter:

After a close review of your application by our team, we’ve determined that to be accepted to sell on PeoplePerHour, you need to take the following action:

Provide your real location

 

My location is St.Petersburg, Russia.

I've changed it twice but in my profile it is still London, the UK.

Who can help me to provide the right location?

  Hello,

  I have the same issue but to add in it the email asks for my name as well. Can someone help? After that I tried updating both info again but didn't happen, lastly, I got the email for rejection and the reason was incomplete information. Guys this is not good. :(
