How to cancle refund request and continue with the order. Where to contact support team, there's no number or  live chat option .

  Hello!

  We have now opened a ticket with our customer support team. As a freelancer you are not able to cancel or reject a refund request, only your buyer can proceed with it.

  I am a buyer and cannot see anywhere to change requested refund option as the stream is blocked. Also can't see where to lodge a ticket regarding this. Could you please advise?

  After a misunderstanding with a developer, the work was given to another developer another escrow was taken.
