Confirmation of verification Status
CompletedIn two weeks I have uploaded a National ID twice and when I visit the payment settings page, I just see the writing that the documents have been approved and I don't know if am verified or not. initially, I opened a support ticket which prompted me uploading the same document for the second time, I was assured that I will get a reply in about 7 days. This is going to the third week to a month and no single mail on whether I am verified or not or even a statement that my documents were rejected as an explanation to why I have not received a verification success mail.
