Can't add paypal to my withdrawal account

Hi, I could not verify my account with my Paypal account because they don't use the same name. My PayPal name is in Chinese character, which should be "Liuhuan Xu" in English. If I change my PPH name to "Liuhuan Xu", will the verification of the withdrawal account be provided? If it will, would you please help me to change my PPH name.

Or is there any other way to fix it? I could not raise an invoice now!! Thank you.
