Not approved paypal account

HI PPH Community:

   I  have uploaded paypal account details in 2 days before and it is not approved now when PPH community approve.

I want to withdraw money so kindly approve the submitted paypal account.

  Balaji --

  I do not owe PPH any money.  I posted a couple of projects, but they were never accepted and completed by PPH workers.  The only charge that I have had has been for an NDA agreement that was never implemented.  Please withdraw any charges that PPH may think that you are due.  No work was completed; no NDA was implemented.
