Can't seem to pay?

Hello, awarded the job, sent data needed by the artist, then brought up invoice and paid with my credit card, thought it went through so all's well. Then heard from the artist and they indicated that I needed to pay the deposit, so I did that again, and then tried again for good measure and received a notice that I needed to contact you, so here it is.  What do I need to do to make payment or check to see what is in escrow?
