The client accepting the offer automatically starts the job. There is no gasket to find out the details of future job. I think that many customers do not know about this either. Especially if they are for the first time on PPH, and therefore do not know how to properly submit a job description. Few people do not read your recommendations, this is understandable. As a result, it turns out that the client had in mind something else and the amount of work is also different. This huge inconvenience leads to misunderstandings. Please do  fix this your miscalculation.

  Hi Rafael,

  100% agree on this point. Buyers sometimes do not know how to describe a project and that is understandable as they may not know the details of the task asked for.

  We do have a plan to solve this and we will be trialing this in the first quarter of 2020.
