Unable to withdraw funds ID verification glitch

I can not withdraw funds because each account I have added apparently needs verifying. My bank and PayPal account were verified months ago and have had two payments run through them. I have been relying on this money and now PPH aren’t available to sort it until Monday. Anyone else having the same issue?
