How can I change my name?

I had applied to PPH under a different user name but, because of that my account is not being approved. I want to change my name to my real name instead of the user name: John Hammerbush. How can i do that? I cant find an option for that in the settings menu. Please help.

  Hello John.

  In order to change your name, you will need to provide us with personal documentation in order for us to verify your account first. I shall open a ticket with our customer support team in order for them to review the case and proceed as we are not allowed to share this documentation publically.

  I want to change my profile name because my profile name and account name are not matching so I want to keep the same name in my bank account on my profile. Profile name is Yasin Sahar and bank account name is Musharraf Hussain so I want to keep my profile name Musharraf Hussain now
