CompletedGood day! I've been wanting for your staff to process the problem for 5 days. I have no other choice but to create a posting here.
I'm not sure why my account is deactivated.
The reason I receive from PPH: We would like to inform you that your account has been suspended because it appears that you have processed a payment(s) outside of PPH for work initiated on our platform.
For your information, I have never process any payment on PPH or outside of PPH for work initiated on PPH. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
I use my other email to post this as I can't even log in my PPH account to make action. Please don't simply deactivate account without giving the specific reasons and time to rectify the problem.

I had some issues with a seller and he just complained to PPH about me being not available because I was on a holiday, but everything is sorted now and i have completed the project. Its very unfair of you guys to take away my ID. I have spent day and nights to make this ID what it is today. My earnings depend on this ID and now you guys have deleted the id and i dont even have a link to my portfolio.
please reactivate my account and give me a proof of my 5 years of hard work
