    Hi Andrew,

    Truly we process withdrawals within 24 hours on the weekdays, so if you raise a withdraw request on Friday you need to wait until Monday.

    Your suggestion does have substance and I will take it on with our payment specialists to see its implications.

    Thank you for the feedback!

    Completely agree. I have had four instances where I have had to wait three days for payments this year - no explanation. On each of those four occasions support have told me that I just have to wait. Considering the huge chunk of fees that are taken there is no way this should be happening for those of us who use the platform daily.

    Payments are not processed within 24 hours as standard - much of the time they are, sometimes it is within one day, sometimes two and occasionally it has been 3. Totally unpredictable and absolutely rubbish for a freelancer.

    If you could address this with urgency it would be great.

    Many thanks

    Hi Andrew,

    thanks for getting back to us.

    The initial feedback was positive, but this will take place as part of a larger project for improving our withdrawal process (we are currently planning this). We will get back to you as soon as there is an update on this.

    Thanks for your patience and for the interest in making us better!

    Kind regards,

    @Andrew

    They have completely revamped the payment process now. Now I have to wait 2 weeks before I can withdraw my money, and then it's a 48-72 hour wait. They say it's for checks, but who knows. Looks like we've got the opposite of what we wanted
