Why demand for deposit

Hi, I am MD. Saiful Islam. I am new in the PPH, so when I am going to send a proposal to the buyer system demand for 50% or 30% deposited of the proposal amount, I do not understand when I have enough credit for sending a proposal then why I face this proposal.
