Dual Profile of PPH

Hi, I am Sumaira Naqvi and I want to report my another profile which I created back in May 2019, which is not even email verified, I have typed wrong email ID into it, I still remember the password, if you can tell me email ID, I will log in to it and remove the account. I want to close that particular profile and I will go with this one.
