Id verification documents issue?? help

[A copy of a recent bill or statement (not more than 3 months old) that displays the name AND address listed on your PPH account  ???? dont have recent bill or statement My Father name shows in Utility bills how can verify my pph account please help

  Hi , 

   I'm Punz. I also have above issue. I have a government issued national ID card. But I haven't any bill shows my name all bills in my home address show my fathers name. So what I want to do verify my PPH account please help.
