I have half of my fully funded £150 proposal money still in escrow since the provider and I agreed to meet in the middle after he could only complete part of the job. How can I get a refund please?

  Hello Marlene, 

  In order to request a refund of Escrow funds, please enter the relevant Workstream and go to the bottom of the page.

  Right above the message-box there are 5 options, with the 5th one titled MORE; this is a drop-down menu that hosts the option to REQUEST a REFUND.
