I have forgotten the answer to my Security Question.

I seem to have forgotten the answer to my security question. I have tried a number of possibilities, but the system won't accept them and so I can't access my payments page. Could someone help me get this resolved please?

Hello Jordan,
if you have forgotten the answer to your security question, you should contact our Customer Support Department, in order to reset it.
This procedure will require of you to provide a proof of ID, therefore I have created a ticket to our CSD, in order to resolve this issue.
