Proposal details do not appear and 'VIEW' button doesn't work

I have just posted a project and received proposals but pressing the 'VIEW' button produces a blank page which  cannot be closed by clicking on the X in the top right corner. I therefore cannot proceed any further with the process. What should I do now?
