First asking for 'real name and location', then rejected

This is quite unbelievable. I submitted my application as a freelancer 2 days ago. I filled out everything, in every detail, I provided a big portfolio and everything.
- Then I received an Email stating that my changes are accepted.
- Then an Email stating 'theres only one more thing to do and then i could start': Provide real name and location'
- So I did provide the exact location (before I put 'Lisbon' because its the district i'm living in), PAREDE, Portugal. The Name I had provided the full and exact one from the start, why should I change something there?
- Then I received another mail stating that I should quickly provide the real name and location and I'm good to go.
- BECAUSE I REALLY DID NOT SEE WHERE AND HOW I COULD DO ANY BETTER - everything real and correct was already provided, name, location - SO I HAVE WRITTEN MY FULL NAME AND LOCATION ALSO IN 'ABOUT'-Section.
- But again an Email, this time stating I was rejected for the third time and I should contact Support.
What's wrong? Can someone please get in touch with me? How can this be? Those standardized Emails from you really do not help at all.
