I have just registered as freelancer.

But I have some problem.

Provide your real name and location.

How can I resolve it.

  Hello Pu,

  In order to accept your Freelancer’s application, we will need to verify your name and location. This procedure serves both the purpose of verifying your PPH account as well as accepting your Freelancer's application. The verification of the documents will take up to 7 working days, however your application will get evaluated much sooner, have no worry.

   

  I have created a ticket to our Customer Support Department regarding this matter. You will soon receive a response.
