after completing my profile I received a message that you need changes i.e. to enter my full name and location but still my application was rejected two more times, why?. please help to resolve the issue and guide me what I have to do now?

indeed, if a Freelancer's application is rejected 3 times, the system locks it for security reasons.This is a regular procedure.
Have no worry though, as you can contact our Customer Support Departments, in order for us to arrange this matter for you.
Since every case can be different, I have created a ticket for each of you to our Customer Support Department regarding this matter. You will soon receive a response.
