Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour.
What this problem caused by? and How can I solve it?

Indeed, if a Freelancer's application is rejected 3 times, the system locks it for security reasons.This is a regular procedure.
Have no worry though, as you can contact our Customer Support Departments, in order for us to arrange this matter for you.
Since every case can be different, I have created a ticket for each of you to our Customer Support Department regarding this matter. You will soon receive a response.
