Contacting PPH

Why is it so difficult to contact PPH??? My freelancer who is working on a project was contacted by PPH putting pressure on him to complete the work - or words to that effect.  

 

He's working promptly on our project - it's us, his client who is slow as people are consulted about the project etc.  Please do not send any more messages to Jay, he's doing a great job!!!!!
