    Hello Warda,

    If you do not have a utility bill under your name, then we can accept one under the name of your parent/roommate/spouse/landlord, along with her/his proof of ID. 

    I will create a ticket to our Customer Support Department, in order to provide you with assistance in verifying your PPH account.
