Freelancer not responding, refund needed, money still in escrow

My freelancer has not responded. It has been passed the time of job delivery. The money is still in escrow. I would like my refund please

Hello Clement,
If the funds are still in the Escrow account, then you may request a refund, through the relevant Workstream.
Please enter the Workstream and go to the bottom of the page. Right above the message-box there are 5 options, with the 5th one titled MORE; this is a drop-down menu that hosts the option to REQUEST REFUND.
