Hello,

A freelancer has requested that I pay via online invoice, away from PPH. 

Is this ever permitted under T&C's? Should I pay an invoice to a freelancer that I met on PPH via other methods not via PPH?

  Hello Aaron,

  payment outside PPH regarding PPH Projects/Offers is strictly prohibited, and penalized with the account(s) deactivation. Please decline.
