I have looked at your company profile and decide to request my CV to be adjusted to suit my needs, the person who dealt with CV was not professional. The CV was written like newspaper when i complained to that person only what he did was cutting the area i ask not even rectifying anything i requested refund no body has contacted me its not good experience for me you need to satisfy me as i am you customer.     Hello Atalia and Kazzandra,

    since those two matters are not relevant, I will address them separately.

    Regarding Atalia's matter: when a Buyer releases an invoice, she/he officially and legally states that the work has been fully and satisfactory delivered.The Escrow funds are the safety of both the Buyer's as well as the Freelancer's. I can assure you, there is nothing wrong with rejecting a premature invoice. First you must receive full work.

    Nevertheless, since every case is different, I have created a ticket to our Customer Support Department. You will soon receive a response.

    Regarding Kazzandra's issue: all PPH profiles are accessible via search engines, in order to maximize exposure and profitability. There is no option to 'hide' your PPH profile from Google.

    However, please enter your PPH account and go to the page SETTINGS/PRIVACY. You can hide your last name from search engines, leaving only your given name public.

    Hi

    I've just Googled my name as I'm doing a cleanup of my online data. I was horrified to find my People Per Hour profile registered on Google and coming up in my search results. I'm not happy with the service anyway as I haven't been able to find any suitable work through it, only a dodgy person wanting me to sell puppies for them.

    I am unable to find a setting that makes my profile private outside the website. Could you please completely delete my profile and make sure it doesn't come up against search results in Google?
