Hi there, we've accidentally deposited twice into Escrow and trying to work out how to get that back and not release to the freelancer.

  Hello Max,

  in order to request a refund of the excess Escrow funds, please enter the relevant Workstream and go to the bottom of the page.

  Right above the message-box there are 5 options, with the 5th one titled MORE: this is a drop-down menu that hosts the option to request a refund.
